Job Summary

As a Director of Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the therapy program in our partner facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapy services to patients in accordance with established standards of practice and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of therapists to provide exceptional patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement facility-specific procedures in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to effectively discharge the responsibilities of the position.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology.
  • Active license in state(s) of practice.
  • Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification.
  • Experience with PDPM and MDS management preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
