About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Consultant to join our team at Check Point Software Technologies. As a key member of our Managed Security Services division, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level support and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and Manage Security Appliances: You will be responsible for configuring, managing, and upgrading a wide range of security products, including NGFW, IPS, UTM, DLP, VPN, and Web Filtering Appliances.
  • Provide Integration and Onboarding Support: You will work closely with clients to ensure smooth transition and integration of our security solutions.
  • Network Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: You will use your strong TCP/IP networking skills to troubleshoot and diagnose common network problems.
  • Project Deliverables and Assessments: You will participate in the completion of required project deliverables for network and security assessments, implementations, and other scopes of work.
Core Requirements
  • Strong Networking Fundamentals: You must have a solid understanding of networking principles and protocols.
  • Diagnostic Skills: You must be able to diagnose and troubleshoot complex network issues.
  • Communication Skills: You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated: You must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to learn new things with minimal guidance.
  • Client-Facing Role: You will work in a client-facing role, providing high-level remote troubleshooting and problem resolution on multiple network environments.
  • On-Call Rotation: You will participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 support.
Qualifications
  • CCSE Certification: You must hold a CCSE (Check Point Certified Security Expert) certification.
  • Check Point Experience: You must have at least 6 years of professional experience maintaining a Check Point Next-Gen Firewall environment.
  • Customer Service Focus: You must have a customer service focus with strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
