About This Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with teachers and students, and demonstrate a strong commitment to education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative tasks including note-taking, organizing class rolls, preparing teaching materials, recording exam results, and ensuring student safety.
  • Supervising small groups of students during learning activities and providing guidance as needed.
  • Mentoring other teacher aides and volunteers to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Leading reading, math, art, and sports activities in collaboration with teachers.
  • Conducting computer lab tutorials using Microsoft Word and Publisher.
Requirements:
  • A current Working with Children Check clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services is mandatory for this role.
  • Knowledge of schools and high-level computer skills are highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with experience working with children, are essential.
