Workplace Performance Specialist

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Workplace Performance Specialist to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and improving the workplace performance of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business requirements for Activity Based Working approach, articulating needs and expectations.
  • Conduct current workplace accommodation site review and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Complete project documentation, including business requirements, process mapping, and standard operating procedures.
  • Establish first level cost estimates and identify business savings opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with Project Management framework and PMO standards.
  • Provide analytical functions supporting the Project Manager in successful project delivery.
  • Identify and highlight risks and issues to the program manager based on analysis and data reviewed.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports highlighting trends, analysis, results, and appropriate commentary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management or Business Management related discipline.
  • 3+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst in a Project team.
  • Relevant program management qualification (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PMI).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capability with ability to synthesise large amounts of data.
  • Proven experience gathering, documenting, and testing business requirements.
  • Prior experience with Agile project methodology and tailoring methods to client situations.
  • Exposure to ABW environments, workplace fit outs, human-centered design an advantage.
  • Self-starter who can deal with organisational ambiguity.
  • Collaborative and constructive with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly proactive with exceptional integrity, professionalism efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and financial acumen.
