Strategic Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our executive leadership team and oversee the operational management of early learning centres across the region.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of operational expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for quality early childhood education.

Key responsibilities include providing visionary leadership, overseeing daily operations, leading business development initiatives, building stakeholder relationships, driving safeguarding practices, and developing robust systems for policy development and quality assurance.

Required qualifications include tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field, and demonstrated experience in a senior executive or operational leadership role in the early childhood education sector.

Additional skills include deep understanding of the Early Learning and OSHC regulatory environment, proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and National Police Certificate.
