Early Childhood Educator Position

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team of dedicated professionals in delivering high-quality education programs for children.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position working 30 hours per week, offering an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual to make a positive impact on young lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs tailored to individual children's needs and interests.
  • Child Progress Observation: Regularly observe children's progress, document their learning, and use this information to guide future planning and program adjustments.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work effectively with other educators, support staff, and families to create an inclusive, responsive, and respectful learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification as recognized by ACECQA.
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
Desirable Skills and Knowledge
  • Prior experience in teaching in early childhood settings.
  • Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
  • Ongoing commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
