Education Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to lead our early childhood education team.
As a key member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work in a beautiful and nature-inspired learning environment that fosters growth and development in children.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor and support a team of educators to provide high-quality early childhood education.
- Design and evaluate programs that meet the developmental needs of all children, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent).
- Current and valid Working with Children Check / Blue Card.
- First Aid Certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- Prior experience as a Lead Educator, Room Leader, or similar role.
- Comfort using digital platforms for documentation and communication.
- Collaborative approach to working with teams.
