About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Grace Worldwide (Australia) Pty Limited. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for controlling and managing a superior service delivery to our clients, managing branch operations, labour and vehicle resources, and ensuring adherence to standard procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the operations personnel to achieve delivery and service objectives
- Plan, manage and review all fleet repairs and visual maintenance
- Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
- Comply with company policy and legislative requirements related to Work Health and Safety, storage and handling of dangerous goods, quality assurance, environmental protection, traffic laws and Federal and State Government Regulations
- Manage operational costs against budgets and targets as set by the Branch Manager
- Manage and maintain property, plant and site security
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven leadership skills
- Proven organizational/planning ability
- The ability to liaise with sales, admin and operational personnel
- Computer Literacy
- Outstanding customer service focus
