Recovery Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our recovery efforts following the recent storms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating recovery activities, managing contractors and suppliers, and ensuring the efficient delivery of recovery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recovery activities, including damage assessment, resource allocation, and project management.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and customer service teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in arboriculture, horticulture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management, preferably in local government or emergency services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence and Construction Induction (White Card) required.
