Human Resources Business Partner Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.
This iconic luxury brand boasts a solid footprint both locally and internationally. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of human resources responsibilities and support the Human Resources Manager in all Human Resources matters for Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand the business strategy and ensure compliance of Human Resources practices
- Provide value-added Human Resources advice and support to department stakeholders in their people management
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from timely search of the right talents in an efficient and cost-effective way
- Advise on trends and prepare salary proposals to keep abreast of the market benchmark and remain competitive
- Develop and implement (in conjunction with the Human Resources Manager) employee incentive and reward programs in order to maintain external competitiveness and internal equitability
- Analyse employee turnover reasons and propose improvement plans
- Oversee all staff welfare and staff activities in Australia
- Tertiary degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of similar experience
- Up-to-date knowledge of legislation concerning employment conditions, awards and payroll
- Knowledge of the retail environment is essential
