We're on the hunt for a **People & Culture Business Partner (HRBP)** to join our dynamic and enthusiastic P&C team on a permanent basis. This exciting new role will partner our Toohey's Manufacturing site in Lidcombe along with several Group Supply Chain teams.

This is not your typical HR role - it's an opportunity to business partner with one of the most iconic breweries in Australia as well as support critical projects across our Supply Chain team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to have a significant positive impact on our culture and performance

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of P&C - Supply Chain and working in a team of 4, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and fostering high performance across our talented supply chain team.

**A day in the life**
- Act as a strategic partner to the Brewery Director, providing insights and guidance on pathways to accelerate leadership capability, engagement outcomes, cultural change and site performance.
- Coach senior leaders to support team effectiveness and the resolution of complex employment relations matters.
- Leverage our P&C COE teams to support our leaders in effectively delivering Lion's Achievement Review, reward and development planning cycle throughout the year.
- Be the driving force in shaping the cultural landscape within our Supply Chain team.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated skill in coaching leaders to improve performance, team effectiveness and cultural outcomes.
- You will have the ability to balance attention to detail with a strategic mindset, use pragmatism and diplomacy in your communication style with a range of stakeholders.
- Proven track record in managing complex ER matters across both corporate and manufacturing environments and experience working with enterprise agreements will be highly regarded.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders is a must.
- Flexibility to work from our Toohey's Lidcombe brewery and our York Street Office at least 3 to 4 days per week is required for this role.
