Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality training and assessment to students in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Develop and implement training and assessment strategies to ensure student success
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other trainers and assessors to ensure consistency and quality in training and assessment
- Provide support and guidance to students and workplace supervisors to ensure successful completion of training and assessment
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with training and assessment practices
- Conduct data analysis and provide reports to inform business decisions
- Training and Assessment qualification (TAE40116 or equivalent)
- Diploma-level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Minimum 5 years experience in supervisory-level/leadership roles within the Early Childhood industry
