Senior Protective Services Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Protective Services Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and wellbeing of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:- Becoming an integral member of a collaborative child protection team to deliver accountable integrated services.
- Engaging with families, colleagues, and stakeholders to provide high-quality strength-based practice in a culturally sensitive manner.
- Maintaining professional relationships with diverse stakeholders while upholding a culture of quality frontline service delivery.
- Ensuring accurate case records and reports through diligent documentation and reporting skills.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based knowledge.
- Fostering growth by mentoring new Child Safety Officers and providing coaching and guidance when needed.
