Inventory Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Management professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a warehouse, inventory, supply chain or logistics role and possess strong communication skills.

They will be able to manage multiple tasks effectively while working to scheduled commitments and have a strong attention to detail.

This position is ideal for someone who is immediately available and enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Conducting receipt, handling, storage, packaging, and dispatch activities within the warehouse.
  • Coordinating transportation and disposal of materials, including dangerous goods.
  • Operating load shifting equipment, such as forklift trucks.
  • Providing accurate inventory reports on stock levels, non-conforming receipts and equipment shortages as requested.
  • Processing product warranties and repairs in the inventory systems.
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant Occupational Health and Safety policies, procedures, and directives.

Key Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience working in a warehouse, inventory, supply chain or logistics role.
  • Experience in working within defence/aerospace-related industry is preferred.
  • A current Driver's Licence and forklift ticket are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and inventory management systems is essential.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while working to scheduled commitments.
  • A valid Australian Security Clearance at NV1 level is necessary.
