Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage domestic equity transactions on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). This role involves handling Depot-to-Depot (DVP) transactions, overseeing Clearing House Electronic Subregister System (CHESS) tasks, processing corporate actions, and supporting the smooth running of settlements and client holdings.

About the Role

To be successful in this position, you will need to be detail-oriented, confident in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team. You will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily CHESS operations, ensuring seamless transaction execution and settlement processing
  • Process corporate actions, including share splits, mergers, and acquisitions
  • Handle DVP transactions, ensuring accurate and timely completion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any operational issues or discrepancies
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong knowledge of ASX rules and regulations
  • Experience working with CHESS and DVP systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
