About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Scrip Settlements Administrator to join our organization in Sydney CBD.

The ideal candidate will have experience in stockbroking or financial markets, with strong knowledge of CHESS and exposure to corporate actions.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Process domestic equity transactions on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX)
  2. Manage Delivery Versus Payment (DVP) transactions – ensuring cash and shares settle together
  3. Oversee CHESS tasks – update and reconcile client shareholdings
  4. Process corporate actions – dividends, share splits, rights issues, buybacks
  5. Support the smooth running of settlements and client holdings
