We are a global architecture and design firm with nine studios worldwide, specializing in creating places people love through our diverse teams of architects, landscape architects, interior designers, and urban designers.

The ideal candidate for this role will be the face of our studio, responsible for ensuring a positive experience for staff, clients, and visitors at all times.

This includes:

  • Coordinating events and activities that foster a strong team culture
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the studio, including facilities and administrative tasks

To be successful, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar design or professional services environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
