Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager/Director to lead our tram project from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Develop and implement construction strategies, plans, and schedules to ensure timely completion of the project.
    • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high-quality workmanship.
  • Safety Management
    • Implement and enforce comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.
    • Conduct safety meetings and ensure all team members are trained on safety protocols.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and local authorities.
    • Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and any issues that arise.
The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have a civil works-related university degree (BSc or MSc) and at least 20 years of experience in managing design and construction of transportation projects, with at least one tram project completed in an urban environment.
