Forex CFD Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive sales growth, provide exceptional client service, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to exceed sales targets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, leveraging industry knowledge, and staying up-to-date with market trends. They must have strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.

  • Sales Growth:
    • Promote and sell products and services to grow revenue.
    • Identify and generate client pipelines using strong sales skills.
    • Nurture relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Client Service:
    • Deliver exceptional customer service across various communication channels.
    • Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries, resolving issues effectively.
  • Performance and Goal Orientation:
    • Meet or exceed sales targets by working towards specific KPIs.
    • Expand knowledge about the markets, FX industry, and platforms and products.
    • Contribute to overall success by striving to achieve team and individual metrics.

The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in the Forex industry, preferably in customer-focused environments such as customer services, sales, or similar fields. Strong analytical skills, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure are essential.
