With 45-minute sessions combining Pilates-inspired resistance training and rowing, each class promises a new challenge. Located in Caringbah South, NSW, STRONG Pilates is dedicated to helping members get more out of their workouts and lives.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Caringbah South, NSW, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will handle daily tasks including developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions. The role also involves overseeing sales management activities, working closely with the team to achieve sales targets, and assisting in marketing initiatives to promote the studio's offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in Training and developing sales teams
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
