Your Role as an OT

  • Assist children in achieving their developmental milestones, including fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
  • Educate and involve parents, carers, and others to facilitate child development and learning
  • Support children with developmental delays in everyday tasks
  • Help children with behavioral issues maintain positive behaviors across environments

Requirements

  • Occupational Therapy degree
  • Eligibility for AHPRA registration upon graduation
  • Graduated within the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
  • Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle and third-party insurance
  • Working with Children Check, Police Check, and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
