Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mower Operator to join our team at Green by Nature in Redland Bay. As a member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our commercial sites and council-controlled roadsides.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work. You will have the chance to work with the latest equipment and technologies in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance green spaces through safe and efficient operation of mowing equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Evaluate and maintain high-quality standards for lawns and green spaces.
  • Assist with other groundskeeping tasks as needed to support the team's objectives.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field.
  • The ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • A willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • A valid Driver's Licence, White Card, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
