Job Summary

Green by Nature seeks a skilled Mowing & Brushcutting Team Member to join our team in Redland Bay. This role involves maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our commercial sites and council-controlled roadsides and open spaces.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mower Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our commercial sites or council-controlled roadsides and open spaces.
  • Operating various mowing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Performing routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
  • Ensuring lawns and green spaces are mowed to a high standard.
  • Assisting with other groundskeeping tasks as needed.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field.
  • The ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • A willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • A valid Drivers Licence.
  • A White Card.
  • A Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
