**High-End Flooring Solutions Job Opportunity**

This is a highly rewarding role for an experienced sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in the high-end residential and commercial specification sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation skills, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to multi-task with ease. They will also have existing relationships or exposure to architects, designers, and builders, as well as experience within the flooring industry and building products sales.

As the Business Development Manager (BDM) in NSW, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and develop key clients in the Sydney area. This will involve sharing your time between home and our brand new showroom/office in the CBD.

We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong presentation skills with an ambitious & outgoing personality
  • Existing relationships and/or strong exposure to the High-End Residential and/or commercial specification sectors
  • Experience within the Flooring industry is highly desired
  • Experience in building products sales is a must have
  • Proven track record in sales and overachieving targets
  • Good understanding of the construction industry
  • High degree of energy, be self-motivated and desire to be rewarded for your hard efforts
  • Stable track record of employment and desire to move into a long-term career role

Benefits of this role include a competitive salary package, negotiable based on experience, which includes a car or car allowance, super, tools of trade, and a bonus structure. The work location is in person.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
