Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled coordinator to join our team. As a Homecare Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating client appointment calendars and service allocation.

Maintaining staff availability and roster management is crucial in this role, as well as generating and modifying rosters to ensure service levels are compliant with care needs.

You will also provide high-quality customer service, respond to client, family and customer enquiries, and coordinate meetings and events.

This role requires excellent communication skills, active listening, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members across all levels within the organisation.

Aged care experience would be advantageous, but not essential. What is essential is your passion for delivering exceptional customer service and your ability to work under pressure.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and active listening
  • Demonstrated customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in roster management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office systems and platforms
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with team members across all levels within the organisation
  • Experience within an Aged Care environment would be advantageous
  • Excellent time management and the ability to multi-task under pressure
  • Well organised with attention to detail
