Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to oversee various projects, focusing on craftsmanship and delivering high-end construction results with meticulous attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the General Manager and Estimator to bring on and deliver jobs successfully, manage operations on busy sites, procure materials, and ensure timely completion of projects.

A key aspect of this role is building quality relationships with clients, workforce, and suppliers, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.

This opportunity allows you to work on high-end residential and commercial construction builds, leveraging your expertise to drive results and growth.

The Opportunity

  • Manage procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Quality and Compliance Management
  • Mentor employees and manage performance
  • Maintain and grow our strong reputation and trusted relationships
  • Ensure company targets, standards, policies, and guidelines (including OH&S) are followed
  • Identify opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with attention to detail
  • Report weekly to the General Manager on financial performance
