About the Role

The Tax Manager will be responsible for ensuring regional compliance with domestic and international legislation, updating company policies and procedures, and acting as a business partner for all tax-related matters.

  • Lodge and review of company tax returns with accurate and timely reports for all tax forms and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with domestic and international regulations by monitoring and maintaining tax procedures
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory tax developments to ensure compliance; manage relationships with internal finance contacts and external service providers
  • Ensure the business remains compliant with IFRS and tax accounting rules
  • Manage daily tax and finance operations, assist management in managing the effective tax rate, handle transfer pricing adjustments, implement tax compliance controls, and participate in tax assessments and audits with external tax agencies and authorities
