About the Role

This position plays a pivotal part in our production process, focusing on precision and quality to create high-performance sheet metal parts.

As a skilled operator of press brake machinery, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining equipment according to technical drawings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operating and configuring press brake machines based on detailed blueprints.
  • Adjusting settings and tooling on the press brake to meet specified dimensions and material requirements.
  • Interpreting engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and quality control in finished products.
  • Collaborating with the production team to achieve deadlines and optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Maintaining a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all relevant safety protocols.
  • Ensuring that all workpieces meet dimensional and quality standards through precise execution.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Laser Cutting is advantageous but not essential.
  • A proven track record of operating press brakes in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of sheet metal materials and familiarity with CNC operations, fabrication, programming, cutting, and folding processes.
  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems and production scheduling software.
  • A keen eye for detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality results.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and problem-solving skills.

Key Requirements:

  • A valid Forklift license is mandatory.
  • A current Driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
  • Physical fitness to meet the demands of this role.
  • High motivation, punctuality, and dependability.
