This role contributes to initiatives that enhance members' digital experience by developing customised Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to improve business efficiency and user experience.
  • Develop automation workflows using Power Automate, and create real-time reports and dashboards with Power BI.
  • Deliver technical support, training, and documentation to ensure end-user success and system adoption.
  • Monitor and optimise system performance; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, especially Customer Insights and/or Sales modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
  • Skilled in system integrations using Web Services/APIs.
  • Strong programming background in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and working with the Dataverse.
  • Experience supporting projects through Agile methodologies.
  • Prior exposure to financial services technology (not essential).
