About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Effectively manage incoming requests, coordinate across teams, and build trust with internal stakeholders.
  • Security Expertise & Threat Awareness: Build up your knowledge and stay current with information security trends and threats.
  • Analytical Thinking & Evaluation: Assess requests, identify appropriate services, and ask the right questions.
  • Project & Service Coordination: Work with delivery teams and service onboarding requires solid coordination skills.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Support the development of improvement ideas and service enhancements.
  • Relationship Building & Influence: Maintain strong relationships across the organization to promote security awareness and alignment.
