We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a team of up to 20 members and drive the success of our stores.
Responsibilities:- Lead, coach and train a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Drive the Ghanda values and company culture within the store team.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
- Liaise with stock allocators and work independently to maintain optimal stock levels throughout the store to maximize return on floor space.
- Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to empower teams.
- Strong customer focus and retail knowledge.
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
