As an Area Manager with The Salvation Army Australia's Salvos Stores, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams. You'll collaborate with Regional Managers and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives, lead and manage area teams, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify and develop talent within the team, promoting career progression and staff retention.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance metrics and inform decision-making.
