About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our warehouse operations.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and experience in logistics management.

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily tasks, managing staff, and ensuring seamless cargo operations.

  • Be the primary point of contact for customer and supplier queries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and complete lodgements on time, meeting airline cut-offs and deadlines.
  • Unload, load, unpack, and pack cargo as required, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Ensure all cargo is customs and quarantine cleared before dispatch, maintaining compliance with relevant laws and standards.
  • Follow established safety rules and report any incidents or near-misses.
  • Manage daily tasks for Freight Coordinators, prioritizing workload and allocating responsibilities accordingly.
  • Support and guide the team to meet performance standards, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors, staff, and managers to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.
About You
  • You must have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in logistics management.
  • Hold a current ASIC Card or be willing to apply for one.
  • Possess a Forklift license and relevant experience, with the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be physically fit for manual lifting and able to meet the demands of the role.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards shared goals.
  • Be reliable, flexible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate approachability, safety consciousness, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
