Digital Marketing Strategist

">About the Role:

This senior marketing role oversees digital marketing, content creation, website development, and social media for our brand and 330 kindergarten and childcare centres.

  • Manage the digital customer experience
  • Oversee content strategy for social and digital channels
  • Develop and implement digital marketing and social media strategies
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage external suppliers and agencies
  • Analyse and report on results

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in digital marketing, web content management, social media management, digital content production, and online brand management. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and focusing on achieving measurable results.

">Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in digital marketing or communications
  • Demonstrated experience in effective digital marketing, content creation, and communication
  • An analytical and data-driven approach
  • Project management skills and experience in managing a website redevelopment
  • Experience in customer experience
  • Excellent IT skills and use of MS Office, content management systems, HTML, social media platforms, and analytical tools
  • Outstanding communication skills, written and oral, with high attention to detail
  • A love of social media and all things digital
  • An interest in early childhood
