Marketing Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our shopping centre in Canberra. As the marketing lead, you will be responsible for driving the strategic marketing direction, developing and managing centre-based marketing campaigns, and building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Manage and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with retailers, the local community, and relevant agencies
  • Analyse sales performance to create strategic campaigns and identify market trends
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to deliver and execute campaigns
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and budgets, ideally within the shopping centre industry
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen to make practical business decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take accountability for financial reporting and marketing budget management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders
