Digital Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing professional to lead the development, execution, and management of innovative digital marketing strategies across all of the company brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to drive growth, brand visibility, and performance across all digital channels.
- Develop, scale, and optimise paid media strategies, with a strong focus on Meta, Google, and Tik Tok.
- Manage and allocate substantial digital marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and profitable growth.
- Drive the affiliate marketing strategy and take full ownership of the Elite app's performance.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a strong track record in Paid Social and Paid Search, particularly on Meta, Google, and Tik Tok.
- Expertise in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign optimisation.
- Experience in affiliate marketing & management and mobile app marketing/management is highly desirable.
- Solid background in e-commerce; retail experience is an advantage.
- Proven leadership skills with a history of managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
