We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in South West Sydney. As a Physiotherapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide high-quality care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients in their own homes. They will also work holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan, educate clients and their families to optimize their ability to live healthy lives within the community, liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication, and work autonomously to prioritize and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients in their own homes through home care packages/NDIS.
- Work holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan.
- Educate clients and their families to optimize their ability to live healthy lives within the community.
- Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication.
- Work autonomously to prioritize and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports.
