Stewarding roles are pivotal in creating exceptional guest experiences at our world-class venues. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchens, bars, and restaurants.

Job Description:

As a Stewarding team member, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining high levels of health and hygiene across our venues. This involves working closely with our culinary team to ensure all equipment is cleaned, organized, and restocked. You will also be responsible for completing cleaning checklists and maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of Food and Beverage areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in kitchen cleaning or heavy manual labor is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods is desired but not essential
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
  • Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
