About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant to support our kitchen teams. This role is physically demanding and includes large amounts of lifting throughout the day.
The successful candidate will have experience working in industrial and/or restaurant kitchens, a passion for food and kitchen operations, strong English skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include supervising ingredient preparation in the kitchen, being conscientious and detail oriented, using state-of-the-art processing machines, and ensuring product quality and safety standards.
Requirements- Experience working in industrial and/or restaurant kitchens
- A passion for food and kitchen operations
- Strong English skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
