The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for running your desk and having ownership and accountability for key activities, including:
- Visiting clients and building strong relationships
- Working on open orders and identifying new business opportunities
- Conducting interviews and assessments
- Headhunting candidates and reverse marketing them to clients
- Negotiating offers and conducting reference checks
- Networking with insurance professionals and staying up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-5 years of work experience in recruitment, preferably in the business support sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A persistent and resilient attitude
