The Global Trade Document Specialist will be responsible for facilitating on time and accurate export documentation that meets customer and international country requirements.

This role requires efficient document processing, effective communication with clients, and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing documents before and after shipping
  • Completing sets of shipping documents in a timely manner
  • Liaising with customer service for other client inquiries
  • Building great relationships with internal and external customers
