Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record owning hiring objectives across multiple teams and ability to plan, organize and implement projects to meet established goals on time.
  • Experience using complex data to drive insights and actions to improve the hiring lifecycle.
  • Leadership skills to manage a global team of executive recruiters, support employees through change and mentor them to become change leaders.
  • Effective stakeholder management with executive and senior leadership in R&D and a track record of partnering with these leaders to drive hiring outcomes.
  • Ability to coach and elevate TA team performance.
