About the Role

We're seeking an experienced talent acquisition specialist to lead our global hiring efforts, focusing on high-potential candidates in the Australian market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process for key roles globally, with a focus on Australia.
  • Cultivate and engage top talent through market research and strategic outreach.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
  • Develop job postings and messaging aligned with our employer brand.
  • Create and maintain candidate pipelines for critical functions and future hiring needs.
  • Support the hiring of technical roles (e.g., Product, Engineering) as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Participate in relevant campus recruitment initiatives and industry events to attract emerging and experienced talent.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing, preferably in fast-paced or fintech environments.
  • A proven track record of independently managing GTM hiring.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Australian talent landscape and sourcing channels.
  • The ability to work effectively across time zones and collaborate remotely with global teams.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and familiarity with ATS platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
