About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to join our high-performing Agribusiness team at Suncorp Group. As a key member of our team, you will support the Relationship Manager in managing and growing a portfolio of valued Agribusiness customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Relationship Manager in managing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
  • Attend to client queries and provide timely and professional responses.
  • Support the improvement of customer service and satisfaction outcomes.
  • Proactively identify client needs and maintain accurate customer data.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet customer needs and provide holistic solutions.
  • Provide feedback to operational and risk areas on issues impacting the business.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities within the region.
  • Develop relationships with intermediaries, including solicitors and accountants, to drive referrals and sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in agribusiness, commercial, or finance are desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in roles requiring growth and retention of a customer base.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial services, preferably in an Agribusiness banking team.
