Financial Risk Manager

Liquidity Analysis is a critical function that enables organizations to manage their financial risk and ensure the stability of their operations. As a Liquidity Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the team with day-to-day measurement, analysis, and reporting of the organization's liquidity position.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and enhancement of quantitative liquidity modeling infrastructure to maximize benefits for all areas of the organization.
- Conduct data analysis on liquidity data using tools such as R and/or SQL.
- Collaborate with other teams on system architecture, data extraction, and utilization.
- Participate in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in coding, and experience with complex formulas and multi-sheet/multi-workbook reporting frameworks. A tertiary qualification in Banking and Finance, Commerce, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Actuarial Science is required. Proficiency in Power BI is highly regarded.
This is a permanent full-time position with flexible work options, including a hybrid model of minimum three days per week based out of our Melbourne, Adelaide, or Bendigo corporate office. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team and have access to ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.
