Opportunity Overview
Join Talent International as an EL2 Business Architect to lead the transformation of a large federal agency's Salesforce CRM implementation. This 12-month contract offers a 12-month option to extend, with potential for further growth. Based in Melbourne or Sydney, you'll enjoy a market day rate and hybrid work policy, with remote work options available.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Salesforce Business Architecture in wider forums and quarterly business planning
- Enhance the business architecture based on goals and objectives
- Apply architectural principles to business solutions
- Liaise with business stakeholders and multiple teams to understand business requirements and provide technology consultancy
- Liaise with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects to ensure expected business outcomes are achieved
- Work with Solution Designers and Functional Consultants to develop End-to-End solution designs in line with business requirements
- Define the data and process requirements to meet the business requirements
- Work with wider Enterprise Architecture teams to agree on recommended solutions for business problem statements, focusing on Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Vlocity, and Insurance Industry Solution
Requirements
- At least 7 to 8 years of experience working in a Business Architecture role in large-scale Salesforce CRM implementations
- Salesforce Service Cloud and Insurance Industry Solution / Vlocity expertise
- Excellent listening, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience modeling business processes and data modeling using various tools and techniques
- Experience working on cloud-based projects, including collaboration with digital transformation teams and UX/CX designers
- Familiarity with deployment in public and private government-approved cloud environments and associated security considerations
- Experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments
- Bachelor of Science/Business in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification
- TOGAF certified or equivalent IT architectural qualification (e.g., Zachman)
- Assistive technology-enabled and Accessibility Compliant application exposure (e.g., WCAG)
