Where you will be working Moruya is 305 kilometres south of Sydney and 175 kilometres from Canberra, offering coastal scenery and regional lifestyle options within the Southern NSW Local Health District.
What You'll Be Doing The Enrolled Nurse works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to provide person-centered care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve people-focused quality care.
Selection Criteria Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
Ability to conduct nursing practice that respects the rights of individuals within a multidisciplinary team.
Effective clinical communication using information technology and strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to manage own emotions and resolve conflicts professionally.
Evidence of participation in professional development and a commitment to maintaining competence and sharing expertise with colleagues.
Knowledge of person-centered care and willingness to embrace changes in care delivery.
Understanding of quality improvement and evidence-based practice with recent clinical experience relevant to the position.
Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination This is a Category A position; please read NSW Health policy directive PD2024_015.
All new employees must comply with OASV requirements, including proof of influenza vaccination where applicable.
