Urban Planner Role Overview

About the Job:

As an Urban Planner in this established architectural studio, you will provide site investigations and planning proposals to clients, review and understand strategic and statutory reports, build relationships with clients and other parties, and solve complex challenges during the planning stage.

Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of governmental regulations and planning policy, with at least 5 years' experience in planning and related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive site investigation reports and planning proposals
  • Review and articulate complex strategic and statutory reports
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage teams and coordinate projects during the planning stage

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Urban Planning or similar discipline

At least 5 years' experience in planning and related fields
