About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised professional to provide onsite support to our team.

The successful candidate will be required to work primarily from our Bundoora venue but also work from other locations as needed.

This is an in-person role, requiring assistance to our users and members.

To succeed in this position, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, be passionate about contributing your experience to help improve our processes and procedures, and be committed to shaping the future of our community venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing onsite support to the Regional Administrative Officer and Regional Services Managers
  • Collaborating with the team to identify improvements to our processes and procedures
  • Contributing to the development of our community venues
