Job Title: Property Officer X 2

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Officer to join our team. As a Property Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Council's commercial and community property portfolio.

About the Role:

This is a grade range position, therefore in accordance with qualifications, accreditation, experience and demonstrated skills, the prospective employee will be assessed as either Grade 9 or 10.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist property advice and support to internal and external stakeholders to achieve the required outcomes.
  • Ensure that all lease/license/agreements between Building Services and occupants are in place and completed by critical dates.
